Sakhi Cabs: a full booking platform, built by one senior engineer with AI.

Sakhi Cabs is a premium cab service in Bangalore, founded and built by SwiftMind's founder. It's the same approach we use for clients: senior engineering judgement, AI for speed, production standards from day one.

What was built

Website, two apps, WhatsApp bot and backend.

Website that takes bookings

Fast static site with per-page SEO, structured data and a booking flow — taking real online bookings.

Rider and driver apps

One Expo (React Native) codebase producing two Android apps: a customer app and a driver app with live location and push notifications.

WhatsApp booking assistant

WhatsApp Cloud API integration: verified webhooks, idempotent message handling and a conversation flow that creates bookings automatically.

Passwordless login

WhatsApp OTP and magic-link sign-in with short-lived tokens and rotating refresh tokens, alongside PIN login with lockout and rate limits.

Backend and admin

Python FastAPI backend with Postgres, booking, pricing and coupon logic, plus admin and driver tools — all in one repo.

Built to be cheap to run

Static hosting, serverless backend and a managed Postgres free tier: near-zero fixed monthly cost for an early-stage business.

Why it matters for your product

Most AI-built prototypes stop at the screens. Sakhi Cabs needed the parts that don't show up in a demo: real authentication, payments-ready booking logic, messaging integrations that don't double-send, SEO that actually reaches Google, and app-store compliance. That's the layer SwiftMind adds to your idea or your prototype.

The result

A live business taking online bookings, with 5-star Google reviews from real riders, running on infrastructure that costs almost nothing until it needs to scale.
