Privacy policy

Last updated 9 October 2026. Short and plain: we collect only what we need to understand your project and get back to you.

What we collect

  • Account details when you sign up: your name and email from Google sign-in or the email you enter for a sign-in link.
  • Your project answers: the messages you send in our intake chat, including any contact details you choose to share (for example a phone or WhatsApp number).
  • Basic technical data our hosting providers log automatically, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and reliability.

How we use it

Only to review your project, contact you about it, prepare a quote and do the work if you hire us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your project details to train AI models.

Where it's stored

Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your intake answers are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and processed by our API on Cloudflare Workers. These providers may store data outside your country under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we're working together under a contract.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time by emailing chandra.nil.tech@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for sign-in to work. If we add analytics or advertising tags later, we'll update this page.
